Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone | RoboBrew recipe
A really simple recipe for the RoboBrew, based off the iconic Californian pale ale.
I mash in with 20L of water and add the rest during sparge to reach 29L volume pre-boil.
I use 14g of both Magnum and Perle for bittering and throw in all my aroma hops at 0mins as I no-chill in a cube. If you are using a wort chiller then you can add 25g at 10 minutes and the remaining 50g at 0mins.
Note: the grain bill here is small enough that you shouldn’t need to use rice hulls to improve flow with a well-crushed grain…
